Tasting and food pairings
The Chablis D1840 is a balanced wine which reveals a fine and floral nose oriented on the acacia flower. We find the freshness and minerality specific to the appellation. We note in the mouth, a nice roundness with aromas of fresh fruit (peach) mixed with vanilla notes. Final, long and persistent.
Ideal with fish in sauces and white meats.
